How do I change the alert level users receive about drug interactions and allergies?

When you first setup Stratus EMR we recommend leaving the alerts for drug interactions and drug allergies on the default setting of all alerts. This allows you to see the different alert levels and become familiar with which alert types are most useful to you as clinic decision support.

If you decide to change the alert levels you will need to sign in with admin level access and go to the manage software settings option in the admin menu. Once there you can change the alert levels for drug interactions and allergies.

Drug interaction alert levels can be set to any of the following: all alerts, moderate and high severity alerts only, high severity alerts only, or no alerts.

Allergy alert levels can be set to any of the following: all alerts, high severity alerts only (resp. distress, anaphylaxis), or no alerts.

Once you've selected the alert levels you'd like click save changes.
