What if a record exists already for a patient I am trying to register?

If the patient you are trying to register already exists in Stratus EMR, a warning will be presented that the record already exists:




Here, the user can create a new visit for the patient found, or create a new patient record using the information entered anyway.  

This will occur if the new patient's name and date of birth already match an existing patient.
