If you would like a provider to be able to reset their own password, a feature can be enabled to facilitate this. This method would allow users to reset their password via text message. On the login screen will see a link that says "Forgot Password?":
When clicked, the user will be brought to another screen to enter their username and the last four digits of their cell phone number:
Once this is filled out, and the user clicks RESET, they will receive a text message with the new password.
*NOTE: In order for this method to be successful, a user's cell phone number must be entered into the Cell Phone prompt under the Manage Users admin function. Otherwise the user will receive an error:
