Why was Verizon unable to generate identity QA questions to confirm my account?

When registering with Verizon for e-prescribing, users can sometimes run into a screen that says the questions could not be generated and to move on with further instructions in the end.

These scenarios cause this message:

  • Not having the correct and full first name, last name
  • Not entering the legal residential address that can be found in public records
  • Not entering right DOB and year
  • Your record not found in public database (if you are new to USA).
