What if a provider loses or needs to change a one-time passcode device?

The provider must log into Verizon and remove the unwanted/lost device from their list of active OTP devices. The provider can also add a new/replacement device.

THE PROVIDER MUST ALWAYS HAVE AT LEAST 2 ACTIVE OTP DEVICES.

If there are no devices that are able to generate a OTP, the provider will be unable to send controlled substances.
