If the password is forgotten, please log into the Verizon profile manager, enter the username and then click “Forgot Password”. If you do not know your Verizon username, the email used during the Verizon process can be used or the EMR vendor can go to the NewCrop portal, locate the provider, click the register button and both the Verizon username and email address will be displayed.
Once the “Forgot Password” button is clicked, you will need to answer the security questions and will then be prompted to reset your password. If you are unable to remember the answers to the security questions, contact stratus EMR with the provider’s username and email, who will contact NewCrop so that they can reset the password.
You will receive an email with a link to reset their password. Always remember to re-sign the Subscriber Agreement if the password is reset as this is required. If this is not re-signed in 5 days from the password reset, the provider will be unable to successfully transmit a controlled substance.
